• Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard shipping typically takes 4 business days within the United States. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destination

• We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Damaged Orders

• If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• We will process a replacement or refund once we receive the returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier.
• If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.   

International Shipping

• We currently do not ship internationally.
